It was built as a concept. 

A space where movement, lifestyle, community, and elevated experiences come together to support the life you want to build. While our journey began with Lagree, KAI continues to evolve with Pilates and new wellness experiences to come. At its core, KAI is about showing up for yourself, growing through movement, and being part of a community that values health, connection, and living well.

Our Lagree classes are high-intensity, low-impact strength workouts performed on the Megaformer, using constant resistance and slow movement to build full-body strength and muscular endurance.

PILATES
